I know what it’s like to feel like a stranger in your own skin.
A few years ago, I was caught in the ‘hustle’—the high-impact workouts, the constant stress, and the feeling that I had to push my body to its breaking point to see results. I was strong on the outside, but I was disconnected and exhausted on the inside.
That all changed when I discovered the transformative power of Pilates. It wasn’t just about the physical ‘burn’; it was the first time I truly learned to breathe, to align, and to listen to what my body was actually telling me. It was a journey back to myself.
I founded Core Flow Studio because I wanted to create a sanctuary for women like you. Women who are juggling it all and need a place to reclaim their power without the noise. I wanted to bring the quiet, golden energy of Burleigh Heads into a practice that builds a body that feels as good as it looks.

Absolutely. Most of our community started exactly where you are. Ana specializes in breaking down movements to ensure you feel safe, confident, and supported from your very first flow.
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in (leggings or bike shorts are perfect). Grip socks are mandatory for safety on the reformers. We provide premium mats and towels, so just bring your water bottle and an open mind.
Consistency is key. We recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week to start feeling the “Core Flow” difference: better posture, reduced back pain, and a visible change in muscle tone.
Yes. Ana offers 1-on-1 sessions specifically for those recovering from injury or post-natal. Contact us directly to book a private assessment
